Hello, I hope whoever is reading this is having a fantastic day. Everyone has a story and for me, my story revolves around my journey of self-love.  When I was younger I had a very poor diet- lots of meat, foods high in sugar, and big portions. This led me to weigh more than I wished and from there I grew a kind of 'hatred' towards my body. I would try unhealthy methods to lose weight such as starving myself or indulging in extreme diets. Later would I would discover what healthy living actually is caring for not only your physical health but also your emotional and mental health. From here I completely gave up meats and resourced to a lifestyle rich in whole foods from the earth and exercise. I have also learned to love my body for what it is, and what it does for me!!
