Hello! My name is Olivia and I'm relatively new to Sun Warrior. I started using the Vegan Collagen in my daily breakfast smoothies a few months ago and I absolutely love it. I even subscribed to it! I've been vegan for eight years now and I'm always on the hunt for exciting new recipes and natural ingredients to incorporate into my lifestyle. I workout daily (miss the gym with this whole lock down).  I'm a bit of health nut. 😅  I had a spinal fusion when I was thirteen and I suffer from chronic pain in my lower back and one of my hips more recently over the years. I think the collagen has been helping!

I've always wanted an impressive physique especially because of my diet. All those disbelievers that vegans can't be strong and blah...blah...blah. I've heard it all. Everyone has their good days and bad days. Personally, my chronic pain takes a toll on me on my bad days. I get so discouraged when my pain flares up. On my good days, I'm so motivated! I want to push my body to it's limits until I exhaust myself! Usually I have to take an extra rest day to recover though. 😂

Anyway, I'm learning everyday to push my limits and not let my obstacles get in the way of my goals! I hope this inspires someone out there. Much love! ❣

Thanks for today’s inspiration with your story! I also love their collagen and add it to my morning cup of coffee. I’ve noticed improvement in my joints within a month. I’m not fully vegan but slowly implementing more plant-based foods into my diet.
